- Customer operational data is not used to train shared AI models

Security and Hosting
xpdOffice is hosted in AWS U.S. regions with encryption at rest (AES-256), encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), role-based access controls, and immutable audit logging.
Data Ownership and Retention
Customer operational data remains the property of the customer. Upon termination, customers may request export within 30 days, and production data is deleted within 90 days of export confirmation, except where longer retention is required by law or contract.
Your Rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability. Requests can be sent to privacy@xpdoffice.com.
