Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of xpdOffice. By using the website or platform, or by signing an order form that references these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
Platform and Accounts
- xpdOffice provides contract, project, finance, workforce, compliance, and AI-assisted operational capabilities
- Each named user requires a separate account
- You are responsible for credential security and user activity under your account
Acceptable Use
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
- Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with platform security
- Do not reverse engineer or extract source code
- Do not resell or sublicense the service without written permission
Data and IP
Customers retain ownership of their submitted data. xpdOffice software, xpdAI, and related platform intellectual property remain owned by SSSi.
Security, Availability, and Support
xpdOffice applies security safeguards aligned to NIST and CMMC practices. Platform availability target is 99.9%, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
Fees and Termination
- Fees and billing schedules are defined in your order form
- Accounts over 30 days past due may be suspended after notice
- Either party may terminate for uncured material breach with written notice
Disclaimers and Liability
Except as expressly stated, the platform is provided "as is." Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is capped as described in the governing agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Maryland law, with venue in state or federal courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.
